STORY OF ÉS BISZTRÓ

Kempinski Hotel Corvinus's then GM, Emile Bootsma first met gastronomy expert and local restaurateur Roy Zsidai at the end of 2012 to discuss a future collaboration on a downtown restaurant concept .
